Day 2 & 3
Well, yesterday just flew by, but it was a good day! I am sruggling with my sugar cravings and not having any coffee, so I caved today and had some coffee! I feel soo much more energized! One cup and goodness am I glad that I had it! South Beach Diet says that you can have decaf coffee, but I think the caffine was needed. :) The sugar cravings will probably get better with time, but it sucks! I knew this would be my biggest issue, but with my husband and God's help, I will do this! Today, Wednesday, my husband and I decided to sleep in this morning instead of working out, but we plan to workout tonight after work. Soo glad to have gotten that little extra sleep this morning! Even though there was no work out this morning, and I drank some caffinated coffee, I had an amazing breakfast! Two eggs, zuccinni, a little bit of fat free shredded cheddar cheese, and two slices of canadian bacon!! Yummy! And Now it is snack time! I think I will be go and enjoy some mixed nuts!
